Does GarageLink repair my car?
No. GarageLink is a platform that connects you with independent garages and recovery operators. The workshop does the work; you deal with them directly.
Where does GarageLink work?
Across the UAE. Independent garages and recovery operators near you can respond wherever you are in the country.
How does the bidding work?
You describe the problem once, with photos. Independent workshops near you send a price and a time they can take the car. You compare the offers and choose one — or none.
Do I have to take the cheapest quote?
No. You see price, rating, distance, and how long the garage has been on the platform side by side, and you pick on whatever matters most to you.
Who do I pay?
You pay the garage or recovery driver directly, at the price you agreed with them. GarageLink never takes your payment or holds your money.
Does GarageLink handle the payment?
No. You settle directly with the workshop or the recovery driver. GarageLink is not part of that transaction and never holds the money.
What does it cost me as a customer?
Nothing. The app is free to download and free to use. There is no booking fee and no markup.
What does it cost a garage?
A garage sends its first 10 offers each month free, with full access.
A garage pays a monthly subscription and nothing else — there is no commission on any job.
Sending unlimited offers costs AED 150 a month, renewed manually.
What does it cost a recovery driver?
Nothing at launch. If a subscription starts later it works exactly like the garage one — a monthly fee you renew yourself, and no commission — and we tell you in the app before anything changes.
Is there any commission on a job?
No. The customer pays the workshop directly and the workshop keeps the whole agreed price. The only charge is the garage's monthly subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion from the web, without reinstalling the app. See “Delete your account” in the footer.
